Best Fruits, Vegetables & More
Most often than not, we don’t usually start eating better until there is some sort of crisis. Many of us have avoided eating a particular way because of our previously acquired bad habits, and constant procrastination. The ones who have tried to eat healthily, usually only succeed for a day or two only to return to their normal eating patterns. The subconscious mind is very powerful, and if one does not think positive thoughts and see themselves reaching their goals, then they will fall back into the same poor eating patterns. The trick is to start slow and take it one day at a time. For example, instead of going out to a fast-food restaurant, pack your own lunch, which may include sandwiches, along with fruit and vegetable. In time you will adjust to these eating patterns and will be more conscious of your food choices. There is no need to rush as this will only discourage you and you will end up wasting more precious time. The sooner one starts, the greater the quality of life they can attain.

When children are young, parents can make huge differences in their lives by guiding them towards healthy eating patterns. Children mimic their parents and they learn by example so it's important that if you’re a parent then you should set an example by eating healthy and also keeping the kitchen stocked with healthy food choices such as fruit and vegetables, whole grain pieces of bread, whole grain cereals, and 100% pure natural juice instead of refined and processed foods such as cookies, cakes, and chips. Children pick up most of their lifelong habits by the age of five, so it’s important to help them build the discernment for healthy food choices.
